Small Groups at New Life COTR
In a growing church,
it is easy to feel like it is difficult to make new friends who share your
common interests. Healthy, warm, long-term relationships make life work well.
Being part of a network of good friends provides us with strength, confidence,
and joy.
Small Groups are small group
Bible study and interactive meetings with a wide variety of topics, interests
and age groups. They make it easier for everyone attending or visiting New
Life COTR to find out more about the church and to make new friends. Faith in Jesus
along with deep and positive connections with other people
can give us incredible, life altering moments.
There's a Small Group just
right for you, meeting on various Sundays and Week Days during each month all
over the Golden Triangle - We also have our Men's Ministry, Women's Minstry and Youth Ministry which provide opportunities for you to grow in relationships.

"The Bait of Satan" Small Group

Where: New Life COTR Church Office, 270 S. Archie, across from the Post Office in Vidor, TX.
Join Dennis and Dora for the adult Bible Study "The Bait of Satan" by John Bevere. This study exposes one of satan's most deceptive traps to get you out of God's will - Offense.
You will encounter offense, and it's up to you how you are going to let it affect your relationship with God. Together we will win the battle

"Home of Honor" Small Group

Jay and Chelyn are raising three boys and Chelyn has been a daycare director for many years. They understand the pleasure and challenges of
raising up Godly children in today's society. Join them as they share their experiences and wisdom as they take you through the "Home of Honor" Parenting Series

"Movies for Jesus" Small Group

Where: Mac & Karen McMurray's home, 635 Windmill Way in Vidor, TX.
Mac and Karen McMurray will show awesome DVD's that reflect the love of Jesus in people's lives and the transformations that take place when nonbelievers
become saved. A few titles are: "Facing the Giants", "Flywheel", "A Perfect Stranger", "Unidentified" and "Me-You & Us Forever". There will be discussion
time after each film to share our thoughts. Everyone is invited to bring a guest, the DVD's shown are a fantastic way to introduce Jesus to non-churched

Men of ROCK - Men's Ministry Bible Study Group

If you like to do Crafts of any kind or never have and want to start, join this Small Group the second Sunday of each month immediately following the service
at New Life COTR church office (270 S. Archie Street - Across from the Post Office in Vidor).

Intercessory Prayer Group
New Life COTR intercessory prayer group meets every Sunday Morning
at New Life COTR Sunday Morning Worship Services (Vidor Elementary School Auditorium) at 10:00am.
